After months of putting it off, I finally watched Factory Girl. Needless to say, the time I spent building up to it was well worth it; the film was all that I had hoped it would be and more.
The cinematography alone was simply breathtaking, not to mention the amazing 60’s style. There’s just something so fascinating about ‘it girls’ and Edie Sedgwick is practically a pioneer of them. The representation of Andy Warhol was also quite interesting, this film has me intrigued as to what the people who inspired this film were really like.
If not for the story, the styling of Factory Girl was certainly satisfying enough.
